Home » Blog» Mike Miryala’s Keto Success JourneyHello Dear Friends, This is Mike Miryala around, Head Pharmacist at Keto Summit &, CoBionic and several other Pharmacy in Central Texas. I’ve been receiving a lot of messages about my struggles with the Keto Diet. I have had to deal with the primary difficulties of converting to the Keto Diet. Below is my voyage to Keto success. The history of how I recovered from my 23-pound weight after taking Keto and felt ten years my junior. For me, starting the diabetic meal was a last resort. I tried every other meal out there, but it all seemed to work. I was stuck in a period of yo-yo fasting, and my self-esteem and trust were at an all-time small. But I had a shift in mind. I was aware that the diabetic meal had its advantages and that it could help me achieve the desired outcomes. The initial times were difficult. I was used to eating a lot of carbohydrates and sugars, and cutting them out was a major revision. I had problems, I felt tired and irritable. But I kept trying, and I was aware that these were only temporary side effects of the “keto fever.” I rehashed both the motivation I had for the project and the outcomes I wanted. As the time progressed, my brain began to change. I had more energy, my digestion improved, and I was losing fat. I was suddenly beginning to see the outcomes I had hoped. The most notable aspect was the shift in my perspective. I had renewed power over my eating habits and I no more felt like a victim of my desires. As the days passed, the pounds kept coming off, and I started to feel like a fresh people. I was happier and more comfortable, and I had a renewed sense of self-worth. I eventually relearned control over my body after years of yo-yo diet. But the journey does n’t end there. The diabetic diet is not a quick fix, it’s a lifestyle change. It requires dedication, control, and a willingness to make concessions. But the benefits are worthwhile. I’ve been able to maintain my weight loss, my energy levels are continuous, and I feel tremendous nevertheless. The keto diet allowed me to discover a new way of living in addition to helping me lose weight. A way of living that is good, green, and fulfilling. It taught me to listen to my system, soothe it with good food, and be cautious and current. Although it is difficult, the quest to diet success is worthwhile. It requires skill, resolve, and a commitment to change. But the benefits are infinite. You will not only lose weight, but you will also get confidence, strength, and a renewed sense of control over your system and your lifestyle. So, if you’re thinking about starting the ketogenic diet, do n’t be afraid. It wo n’t be easy, but it will be worth it. Taking it one day at a time, and consider why you started. Have faith in yourself and the effectiveness of the diabetic diet. The benefits are endless and you can become a ketosis. Yours Truly, Mike
