Bethenny Frankel, broadcast sun turned entrepreneur and social media influencer, simply launched her newest company: Forever Young Wines. The new line features ethically sourced rosé and sauvignon blanc— I tasted the former, and it was a delicious, fruit-forward glass that paired amazingly with my dinner ( simple tomato pasta and a side salad ). Frankel herself gave me the opportunity to discuss with her about the wine and what she would suggest pairing it with. Eating Well: What makes Forever Young’s rosé special? What if our readers be aware of before trying it? Frankel: I think this wine, particularly at my age and style level, is something that is more planted and more distinct. For me, it has to have a particular style stage, and this wine is beautiful. It’s great, it’s tasty, it’s elevated, anyone loves it. It’s even biodynamic. Because it is integrated, biodynamic is essentially something that is more revered in liquor. It’s natural, it’s honest and it’s next-level natural. The winery Château Roubine, ]led by ] Valérie Rousselle, is a sustainable family business. The beverage is true, it’s flawless, and it appeals to people who are heath conscious because it’s not made of synthetic. It’s a gorgeous liquor, and I have a fantastic companion in a fantastic winery that we’re proud of. Courtesy of Brand Eating Well: Popular foods to set with the wine? Frankel: I may say any kind of bright, chilled prawns would be great. May be wonderful any shrimp. A salads, a light and refreshing summer fruit, caviar or poultry salad—which naturally I’m famous for. Eating Well: What does your perfect chicken salad include? Frankel: I like simple stuff. Lemon, a run of jam juice, a jump of vegetable juice, a dash of mustard. I dislike eating large, thick grapes and berries and nuts. It’s got to be real, shredding the poultry and having it become hot before adding the sauce. Real chicken salad is a little traditional and basic, but it’s also also seasoned. Eating Well: On the flip side, you also have your product Mingle Mocktails and a fresh, non-alcoholic Raspberry Rosé taste. What led you to make the decision to make rosé in a non-alcoholic form? Frankel: Some people are sober curious, many people are n’t drinking and some people just want to mix it with alcohol. I prefer to have the option for someone who is n’t drinking at my house. It tastes incredible, but it does n’t use fruit juice so it does n’t taste like a soft drink. It tastes like a real choice martini, and it’s also a ready-to-drink drink. There are many mocktails out there that try to mimic the alcohol, but they do n’t really land. And it does n’t really taste like alcohol, so that just seems like a lot of work to not be drinking. I like the fact that it actually addresses the issue. Eating Properly: We know you’re a fan of Dollar Tree. Do you have any go-to products that you get while you’re it? Frankel: I’ve found Talenti gelato it, and I’ve found all types of meals that you see. That’s what’s amazing about the Dollar Tree: there’s a bit in there that you would be surprised to find, as well as a lot of good food and glass. Eating Nicely: Least favorite meal or any meal popular takes? Frankel: Something bland. I enjoy flavors that are very flavorful. I’d prefer not to consume a basic, boring meal. I enjoy engaging with fascinating people and cuisine. Eating Well: What does “eating properly” mean to you? Frankel: Consuming the most of what you know about methods means trying to eat since many different things. It signifies system language and stability.
