Sometimes you need a stick-to-your-ribs, one-pan food that feeds the whole family. Bonus details if it’s delicious, overdone, and filled with taco-esque flavor with a spicy best. Everything I look for in a wholesome dish is in a cowboy dish, too. The packing consists of ground beef, vegetable, pinto beans, corn, peppers, and taco sauce along with sour milk and creamy cheese. The entire family will fall in love when served with corn tots that clean up in the hot stove. Make the Filling A Day or Two in advance, let it cool, and therefore chill until you’re ready to bake the packing. Cook the pouring before putting the corn tots on top and adding it to the dish. You can also completely arrange the dish, then tightly wrap it and defrost for up to 3 weeks. Before cooking, store the dough in the refrigerator. Variations in the menu use black bean instead of pinto seeds. Depending on your desired pepper stage, use mild, moderate, or heated.
