After a week or so of being secluded from my cover, I used it again, and that night I slept better than I had in a while. There was nothing I did to change the day before that: my resting heart rate dropped from 100 to 127, my resting heart rate dropped from 41 to 39, and my entire Oura Readiness Score increased from 78 to 94.
